Personalise your letter/certificate with a name and three examples of their good behaviour/achievements, e.g being kind, sharing toys, learning to ride a bike. You can also choose for the letter to come from Santa Claus or Father Christmas.
Don't forget to personalise the envelope with their name and where the letter will be delivered to, this can be their address or something more playful such as:
