Delivery & Returns
Inky in the Wild is based in the UK so please check all shipping times before ordering.
Please note, the following estimations are for guidance only - delays during transit can sometimes occur and are sadly out of our control, any questions about shipping times, please just ask!
The following shipping times are from the date of dispatch - please check individual listings for production times.
All items are sent by Second Class (Royal Mail) as standard so should arrive 3-4 working days from dispatch (excluding weekends). If you would like to upgrade to First Class (1-2 days), please select the shipping upgrade.
All items are sent by International Standard (Royal Mail) so should arrive 5-10 working days from dispatch (excluding weekends).
All items are sent by International Standard (Royal Mail) so should arrive 10-20 working days from dispatch (excluding weekends).
Rest of the world
All items are sent by International Standard (Royal Mail) so should arrive 14-25 working days from dispatch (excluding weekends).
Please note that standard shipping does NOT include tracking so if you want to keep an eye on where your order is, please select the tracked upgrade when you checkout (recommended for overseas orders). If standard shipping is selected and an item is delayed, I won’t be able to advise you on it’s location.
When to contact us if your order hasn't arrived
UK: 10 working days
Europe: 14 working days
Rest of the world: 30 working days

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
We gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations
Contact us within: 7 days of delivery
Return items back within: 14 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 4 hours of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Digital downloads
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for all return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
